1.1 The Regulations of the accommodation facility "La Panoramica Hotel" in Castellammare di Stabia (NA) are established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of the same. It has a contractual nature between "La Panoramica Hotel" and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay at the Hotel and the acceptance of such request by "La Panoramica Hotel" implies the complete acceptance of these Regulations.
1.2 Failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations and further provisions of the Management will result in the removal of the offender from the Structure and the relative notification of the fact to all national and international tourist organisations, save also to the Public Authorities if the non-compliance could lead to the presumption of the commission of an offence.
1.3 All the specific instructions given on the signs placed in the area owned and/or belonging to the Hotel must also be observed.
1.4 Parents (or those who legally exercise parental authority) are jointly responsible for the acts carried out by their minor children inside the Hotel and are required to supervise them and make sure that they behave politely and respectfully towards others, under their own direct responsibility and, in particular, with regard to the obligation to respect silence, the correct use of the bathrooms, which cannot be considered places of play or meeting, and the equipment made available by the Structure to its Guests. Any activity that may cause disturbance to other Guests is forbidden. In general, all the provisions of these contract regulations must be observed.
1.5 The conduct of both adults and children is considered contractually relevant and, therefore, any violation of the rules of these regulations and the common rules of civil cohabitation and good conduct at the Hotel will result, according to the judgment delegated contractually irrevocable to the Management, the immediate termination of the contract for the Guest and the expulsion from the Hotel within 5 hours from the dispute of the facts. In this case, the Hotel Management is entitled to retain the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, also as compensation for damages, without prejudice to the right to compensation for the greater damage ascertained.
2. ACCEPTANCE
2.1 Upon arrival guests must hand in their documents at the reception to check in. The choice and designation of the place is at the total discretion of the Hotel Management.
2.2 Once in possession of the rooms, the guest is required to inform the reception within 10 minutes of any request to change accommodation due to inadequacy of the same.
2.3 Minors unaccompanied by persons of legal age will be accepted only if in possession of a written release form signed by their parents (or by those who legally exercise their parental authority), with their telephone number and a copy of their identification document.
2.4 The Management, as provided for by the laws in force in the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not respect the regulations or behaves in such a way as to create damage or disturbance.
2.5 Hotel rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Rates are per day, regardless of the time of entry.
3. CARS-MOPEDS-MOTORBIKES AND OTHER VEHICLES
3.1 Motorbikes and cars must be parked in the parking area.
3.2 The guest contractually authorises the Management to make an irrevocable judgement on the particular annoyance and/or severity of the parking of his/her vehicle in a forbidden place and authorises from the moment of arrival, without any possible exception, the forced removal and storage in a place chosen by the Management with an extra charge for the cost of the service.
4. DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS
4.1 Dogs, cats and other animals are not allowed in the structure.
5. BREAKFAST AND FOOD SAFETY
5.1 Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, located on floor 0.
5.2 Hotel guests are not allowed to consume (in the room or outside the hotel) low-quality food and drink from outside the hotel, unless expressly allowed by the Management/Reception.
5.3 For hygienic and food safety purposes, guests are not allowed to bring food or drink into the room without the Hotel Management's authorisation.
6. RECEPTION AND PAYMENT DESK
6.1. The account must be claimed and paid the day before departure.
6.2. The Reception/Payment desk has the following hours: 7.30 am - 11.00 pm. Credit Cards and Debit Card are accepted.
7. WI-FI INTERNET
7.1 The hotel offers its guests a FREE WI-FI INTERNET service in the common areas (hall), restaurant, terraces, bar, rooms.
8. DEPARTURE
8.1 On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am and the keys to the rooms must be handed over at the Reception desk to the staff in charge of supervising the use of the rooms (in order to avoid issues, please inform us of any breakages, etc.).
8.2 The account must be claimed and paid the day before departure (art. 6.1 of the Regulations).
9. USE OF THE HOTEL'S SERVICES ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE
9.1 Guests can use the hotel's services within the maximum room release time, i.e. before 10:30 am on the day of departure.
10. MEDICAL – INFECTIOUS DISEASES
10.1 The telephone numbers of the medical guard and emergency services can be obtained at the Reception desk.
10.2 Any infectious disease must be reported to the Management.
10.3 A first aid kit is available and can be requested at the Reception Desk.
11. CLEANING
11.1 Garbage must be collected in the collection bags located in the rooms and in the bathrooms of the rooms. It is not allowed to leave rubbish or anything else in the common areas.
12. RESPONSIBILITY
12.1 The Management of the Hotel is not responsible for the missing items and/or valuables of the guests (each Guest is obliged to exercise diligence in the custody of his/her property), for damage caused by force majeure events and the nature of the thing (atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that are part of the nature of the plants, wind blows, accidents at sea, damage or theft of cars in the parking area and in the area of the structure). For no reason, at the time of departure, will discounts be granted to cover any or alleged inefficiencies that may occur as a result of the events described above.
13. DEMEANOUR AND BEHAVIOUR INSIDE THE HOTEL
13.1 The use of radio and television is allowed with extreme moderation and, in any case, in absolute respect for the time of silence.
13.2 It is forbidden to use electric and/or electronic musical instruments in the hotel rooms.
13.3 Inside the Hotel a decent and respectful attire is required that respects the sensitivity and modesty of others.
13.4 It is not allowed to damage plants and flowers or to take products from the breakfast buffet or the restaurant if not authorized by the management.
13.5 Guests are not allowed to enter areas reserved to hotel staff.
13.6 It is not permitted to throw papers and waste out of the waste bins.
13.7 It is not permitted to enter the hotel with weapons, knives, sticks or tools considered blunt.
13.8 The Management, as provided for by the laws in force in the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not respect the Regulations or behaves in such a way as to create damage or disturbance.
13.9 The Guard and Security Staff appointed by the Management is required to enforce the Regulations against anyone. In the act of accepting hospitality at the Hotel, each Client also contractually agrees to submit to the Authority of the said personnel, who are in turn obliged to always respect the Laws of the Italian Republic and the principles commonly accepted by our culture of courtesy and good manners.
14. DAMAGE AND THEFT
14.1 Anyone who causes damage to the building, movable property, equipment, etc., is held legally liable under current regulations. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately. At the time of departure the staff of the structure will check the rooms and the costs for the replacement of any damage or loss of keys will be charged and are payable at the time of check out.
15. AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATION
15.1 The Management reserves the right to modify these Regulations at any time, which will be displayed at the entrance and published on the hotel's website.
