THE RULES

1.1 The regulation of the accommodation facility “La Panoramica Hotel” of Castellammare di Stabia (NA) is established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, peaceful and peaceful use of the same. It has a contractual nature between “La Panoramica Hotel” and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay in the Hotel and the acceptance of such request by “La Panoramica Hotel” implies the total acceptance of these Regulations.

1.2 Failure to comply with the Regulations and the other provisions of the Direction imply the removal from the structure of the offender and the related reporting of the fact to all national and international tourist organizations, unless otherwise reported to the Public Authorities in case the non-compliance may possibly to suggest the commission of a crime.

1.2 All the specific indications given in the signs in the area of ​​ownership and / or relevance of the Hotel must also be respected.

1.3 Parents (or those who legally exercise their authority) are jointly responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the Hotel and are required to supervise them and to ensure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility and, in particular, regarding the obligation of respect for silence, of the correct use of the bathrooms, which can not be considered places for games or meetings, and the equipment made available by the structure to its guests. Any activity that may disturb other guests is forbidden. In general, all the rules of this contract regulation must be respected.

1.4 The conduct held by both older and younger children is considered to be contractually relevant and, therefore, any transgression of the rules of this regulation and the common rules of civil coexistence and good performance of the Hotel will entail, according to the judgment contractually assigned in an unquestionable manner to the Management, the immediate termination of the contract by the Guest and the removal from the Hotel within 5 hours from the contestation of the facts. In this case, the Hotel Management is entitled to withhold the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, even as compensation for damages, except for the right to compensation for the greater damage that has been ascertained.

  1. ACCEPTANCE

2.1 Upon arrival, guests must hand over their documents to the reception to perform the Chek-In. The choice and the designation of the place is at the discretion of the Hotel Management.

2.2 Taking possession of the rooms the Guest is required to inform the reception, within 10 minutes, of any request for change of accommodation due to inadequacy of the same.

2.3 Minors unaccompanied by persons of legal age, will be accepted only if they have a liberation signed by their parents (or by those who legally exercise their authority), with their telephone number and a copy of their document.

2.4 The Management, as provided for by the laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not respect the regulation or behave in such a way as to create damage or disturbance.

2.5 Hotel rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Rates are per day, regardless of the time of entry.

  1. MOTOR VEHICLES-CYCLOMETERS AND VARIOUS VEHICLES

3.1 Motorbikes and cars must stay in the parking area.

3.2 The guest contractually denounces to the Direction the unappealable judgment on the particular annoyance and / or seriousness of the parking of his vehicle in a prohibited place and authorizes it from the moment of arrival, raised every possible exception, the forced removal and the deposit in selected place by the Department itself with an increase in the cost of the service.

4.KANI AND OTHER ANIMALS

4.1 Dogs, cats and other animals are not allowed in the building.

 

 

  1. BREAKFAST AND HYGIENIC-FOOD SAFETY

5.1 Breakfast is taken in the breakfast room, located on floor 0.

5.2 Hotel guests are not allowed to consume food or drinks from the outside (in the room or outside the building), unless requested explicitly by the Management / Reception.

5.3 For the purposes of food safety and hygiene, it is forbidden for customers to introduce food or drinks in the room that are not authorized by the Hotel Management.

6 RECEPTION AND CASH

6.1. The bill must be requested and paid the day before departure

6.2. The Reception / Cashier carries out the following hours: 07.30 / 23.00. Credit Cards and the Bancomat system are accepted.

  1. INTERNET WI-FI

7.1 The hotel offers its customers the opportunity to enjoy a FREE INTERNET WI-FI service, in the common areas (halls), restaurants, terraces, bars, rooms.

  1. DEPARTURE

8.1 On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am and the keys must be handed over to the reception to the staff responsible for monitoring the data in use (in order to avoid discussions, we invite you to give notice of any breakages, etc.).

8.2 The account must be requested and paid on the day before departure (Article 6.1 of the Regulations).

  1. USE OF HOTEL SERVICES THE DAY OF DEPARTURE

9.1 Customers can use the hotel services within the maximum room release time, or by 10:30 on the day of departure.

  1. DOCTOR – INFECTIOUS DISEASES

10.1 The telephone numbers of the medical and emergency services can be requested at the Reception.

10.2 Every infectious disease must be communicated to the Management.

10.3 A first aid kit is available that can be requested at the reception

  1. CLEANING

11.1 The garbage must be collected in the appropriate collection bags located in the rooms and bathrooms of the rooms. It is not allowed to leave waste or other in the common areas.

  1. LIABILITY

12.1 The Management of the Hotel is not responsible for the loss of objects and / or values ​​of the guests (each Guest is required to carry out the custody of the objects he owns), damage resulting from events of force majeure and the nature of the thing (events atmospheric, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that fall into the nature of plants, blows, accidents at sea, damage or car theft in the parking area and in the area of ​​the structure). For no reason, at the time of departure will be recognized discounts to cover any or alleged disruptions that may occur as a result of the events described above.

  1. CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR WITHIN THE HOTEL

13.1 The use of radio and television is allowed with extreme moderation and, in any case, in absolute respect of the silent time.

13.2 It is forbidden to use electric and / or electronic musical instruments in the hotel rooms.

13.3 Inside the Hotel a decorous clothing is required that respects the sensitivity and modesty of others.

13.4 It is not allowed to damage plants and flowers at least take products from the breakfast buffet or restaurant if not authorized by the management.

13.5 It is not permitted to enter areas reserved for hotel staff.

13.6 It is not allowed to throw papers and waste outside the appropriate bins.

13.7 It is not allowed to enter with weapons, knives, sticks or instruments considered blunt.

13.8 The Management, as provided for by the laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not respect the Rules or behave in such a way as to create damage or disturbance.

13.9 The Guard and Security Personnel appointed by the Management is required to enforce the Regulation against anyone. Each customer in the same act of accepting hospitality in the Hotel also accepts contractually to submit to the Authority of said staff, who is in any case obliged to always respect the laws of the Italian Republic and the principles commonly accepted by our courtesy culture and good education.

  1. DAMAGE AND THEFT

14.1 Who causes damage to the building, movable property, equipment etc. it is held legally responsible in the context of current regulations. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately. Upon departure, the staff of the structure checks the rooms and the costs for the replacement of any damage or loss of keys are charged and are to be paid at the time of check out.

  1. CHANGES TO THE REGULATION

15.1 The Management reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time, which will be displayed at the entrance and posted on the hotel’s website.
